I'm Back

For the past 10 months I have failed to post anything here at www.seekextreme.com and for that I would like to apologize. Within the past year I have been doing much experimenting in regards to different outlets to share my writing and as a result of my experiments Seek Extreme fell off my radar, much like ECW finally fell off the WWE’s radar. Anyways, I’m sure you could care less about what I’ve been up to the past 10 months so let’s get to business!
The past 10 months have been very interesting for professional wrestling fans. In a debatable move, TNA turned their August PPV into an ECW reunion show. WWE made heads turn with the initial Nexus invasion. Ric Flair formed a new stable called Fortune and joined forces with Immortal (Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff, Jeff Hardy, Abyss, and Jeff Jarrett). WWE introduced new PPVs like Money in the Bank and Fatal Four Way. Ken Anderson won TNA’s top prize while The Miz cashed in his money in the bank contract on Randy Orton to become WWE Champion.
Honestly, even with all the happenings in the professional wrestling world, I continue to find my interest in the current wrestling product dwindling. Despite this fact, I plan to once again update this blog on a regular occasion. Expect to find a combination of commentary on today’s professional wrestling industry and a retrospect look back at wrestling the past three decades.
To end today’s post I would like to take a metaphorical glass and toast to a new era of this blog! “Here’s to what should be an intriguing 2011.”
