Extreme Sports downside
This looks like it may have been on purpose
With extreme sports, comes the extreme responsibility to own pain. For every trick you stick, every wave you tear apart and all the mighty air time, comes at a cost. The footing was just off or you entered a corner that little bit too hot, misjudged and over compensated for your obstacle. A moment’s doubt, a second’s hesitation and it can all be splat, focus is the primary defence against the hazards that can kill.
How long can you hold your breath?
There is the a bone shattering, muscle pulling, ligament terrifying “yang” to every death defying, near miss and shredding triumph “ying”. More times than not resulting in an absolute wipe-out.
