In 2002 TNA Wrestling emerged as a company. At the end of 2009 TNA Wrestling was bigger and better than ever before. Many wrestlers had came and gone from the promotion but there always remained one constant- AJ Styles. AJ Styles started the past decade by wrestling lower card matches for WCW in the company’s dying days. At the end of 2009 AJ Styles was the heavyweight champion of TNA Wrestling, the biggest wrestling promotion in America next to the WWE.
To say the previous decade was a successful one for AJ Styles would be a huge understatement. Not only has AJ Styles held multiple championships in TNA Wrestling but he has also been a part of TNA’s most memorable matches. AJ Styles has delivered excellent matches with the likes of Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe, and Kurt Angle, amongst others. AJ Styles has also had many memorable matches teaming with Christopher Daniels against teams like AMW (Chris Harris & James Storm) and LAX (Hernandez & Homicide).
